If there is no mention of a capsule in the “Packaging” field of the Specifications section and no capsule is shown in the product images, a protective capsule will not be included.

We do not include our own company-issued certificate of authenticity free of charge. If you would like one, it is available for purchase separately from the product.

To order a certificate, when placing your order, please enter the desired quantity in the certificate field located just above the “Add to Cart” button on the product page. Please add the certificate together with the product when completing your purchase.

Please note that if the product description states “Certificate Included,” the item will come with a certificate issued by the mint or manufacturer that produced the product.

All orders are shipped via Japan Post. At the time of ordering, you may choose from the following shipping methods:

※Depending on the size, weight, value, and quantity of items in your cart, some shipping methods may not be available.
※For security reasons, we strongly recommend selecting post office pickup and a shipping method with insurance coverage whenever possible. Please note that any claims related to shipping insurance must be made directly with the carrier.

For items shipped from within Japan, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
For items specially ordered from overseas, delivery may take several weeks to several months.

Yes, our website supports delivery to a post office (Hold at Post).

As this site handles precious metal products whose market prices fluctuate constantly, the payment deadline is set to the next business day following the order date.
