2017-09 (New)「BLOOD for OIL」1 oz 99.9% Pure Silver Coin

The「BLOOD for OIL」coin depicts the numerous wars and blood that has been spilled over oil, and specifically the ‘Petro-Dollar’ system that protects the house of Saud with the blood of U.S. soldiers.

In July 1944, delegates from 44 nations met at Bretton Woods, New Hampshire U.S.A. and agreed to “peg” their currencies to the U.S. dollar. The value of gold being fixed by law at 35 U.S. dollars an ounce made the value of each dollar very stable. But by the 1960’s the U.S. was printing so many dollars (for Vietnam War & Social Benefits) and foreigners were exchanging so many dollars for gold, it became clear the U.S. could have run out of gold. So Bretton Woods collapsed in 1971 when Nixon cut the dollar link to gold.  It was a default, known as the Nixon Shock. Nixon knew the currency was at risk of collapse, so Nixon and Saudi Arabia came to an agreement whereby Saudi oil could only be purchased in US dollars. The essence of the deal was that the U.S. would agree to military sales and defense of Saudi Arabia in return for all oil trade being denominated in U.S. dollars.

As a result of this agreement, the dollar then became the only currency in which energy exchange could be transacted. This caused an immediate and strong global demand for U.S. dollars. This is called the ‘Petro-Dollar System’. The U.S. has repeatedly waged war, to protect Saudi Arabia and the Petro-Dollar system. So much ‘Blood for Oil’ has been shed. This system is going to end soon, you must be ready for it.

“No Blood for Oil” was a popular protest cry prior to the invasion in March 2003 of Iraq, but the world economies and war industries have depended on oil as far back as the Model T Ford (1908) and WWI (1914). The demand for oil has increased so drastically since the early 1900’s (industrialization age) that nature and natural resource in almost every nation have been set aside to find, develop and refine oil.

In many underdeveloped countries the profit from selling oil has funded terrorist that are serious threats to world peace and human rights (ISIS selling oil to fuel its war). The other effect of oil is the damage to the earth itself. The destruction of nature, the pollution of the ocean with plastics & oil spills. The true effects are not known yet and we need to change this now, before it is too late. We support efforts to end the world reliance on oil that fuels so many of the worlds troubles including war, human rights violations and numerous natural disasters.

This is a great educational and conversational piece. The conversation of “BLOOD and OIL” could cover our whole modern era/ Industrial era, oil has implications in every war and economy of almost every nation since the beginning of the industrial age, including Japan in WW2. It is time for a positive change!

Owning these coins is one way to take action & help change our world now. They will survive any economic circumstance and remain valuable, this series has predictably increased in value, and is an education tool to all who view it. There are others ways to increase our positive impact too, which I will share as time goes on.

Right now, exchanging your intrinsically worthless, fiat, debt note currency into tangible value, is a powerful first step to freedom and educating others in the process.

Be a positive powerful influence in our world for peace & freedom
